Overflow Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services, including:
All services are subject to availability, location, weather conditions, and operational capacity.
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and availability. OMD reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings made outside the required notice period.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, the customer may be charged an additional booking fee before another booking can be made.
If the vehicle or customer is unavailable at the agreed service time, OMD reserves the right to cancel the appointment, reschedule the service, or charge a missed booking fee.
In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel any booking or subscription purchased through our website, without reason and without penalty, within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the service has not yet been performed. Where the service has already been fully performed with your consent, the cooling-off right no longer applies (ECTA s42(2)(a)). To exercise this right, email admin@overflowmobiledetailing.com. A refund of amounts paid (less the direct cost of returning any goods, if applicable) will be made within 30 days.
You may cancel an advance booking at any time. Where cancellation occurs within the notice periods in clauses 3.1–3.2, OMD may charge a reasonable cancellation fee reflecting our costs incurred and the difficulty of reselling the slot, in line with section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
These terms do not exclude or limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), including your right to fair, reasonable and just contract terms (s48), the implied warranty of quality (s55–56) that services will be performed in a manner and quality that persons are generally entitled to expect, and your right to plain and understandable language (s22). You may report any breach to the National Consumer Commission or an accredited industry ombud.
Where a subscription is a fixed-term agreement as contemplated in section 14 of the CPA, you may cancel it at any time by giving 20 business days' written notice to admin@overflowmobiledetailing.com. On cancellation you remain liable for any amounts owed up to the cancellation date, and OMD may charge a reasonable cancellation penalty. Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following cycle after cancellation.
Subscription plans operate on a monthly cycle from the date of payment.
If a subscription period ends and the customer still has unused washes remaining, those washes may only be redeemed within 7 days after the monthly payment date. After the 7-day grace period, any unused washes will automatically expire and be forfeited.
Subscriptions and unused washes may not be transferred between customers or vehicles unless approved by OMD in writing.

Customers are encouraged to report any concerns immediately after service completion.
All payments must be made in full before any wash or detailing service begins. Payment may be required at the time of booking, before arrival at the service location, or according to subscription billing terms.
OMD reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any service where payment has not been received in full. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of future bookings, suspension of subscriptions, or refusal of future services. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Because OMD operates as a mobile detailing service, appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, unsafe weather conditions, water or electricity access limitations, or safety concerns at service locations. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes promptly.
By using our website, you agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality. OMD reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse occurs.
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information reasonably necessary for operations, bookings, subscriptions, and customer support. OMD does not store or save customers' banking information, card details, or account information.
OMD may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective upon posting.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please email admin@overflowmobiledetailing.com and we will respond within 7 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission or an appropriate ombud. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to approach a court of competent jurisdiction.
After each transaction you will receive an electronic confirmation (order summary and receipt) by email. You may request a copy of the record of your transaction from admin@overflowmobiledetailing.com for a period of at least one year from the date of the transaction.
